That’s a staggering number. Imagine that you have a young family and 6 months ago you were let go from your job due to COVID-19? Due to the economical strain of COVID-19 and job loss, many of the families have to dry and reuse disposable diapers. According to the Center for Economic and Policy Research, the poorest 20% of Americans with children in diapers spend 14% of their post-tax income on diapers.

Families are facing crisis, and that’s where Master Builders Association of Pierce County members can help. MDC has asked our membership to support them by purchasing a box of diapers in any size for the 24 Hour Homeless Family Shelter that they operate in Tacoma.

PURCHASE A DIAPER DONATION NOW

Let us partner with MDC by purchasing a box of diapers and/or wipes from Amazon to be delivered to Metropolitan Development Council for distribution.

The Master Builders Association of Pierce County Diaper Drive starts today and will end on December 31st.
