{"id":1383,"date":"2018-08-24T00:53:00","date_gmt":"2018-08-24T07:53:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mbapierce.tacomawebsite.net\/?p=1383"},"modified":"2021-09-20T01:00:36","modified_gmt":"2021-09-20T08:00:36","slug":"update-to-pse-electric-line-extension-policy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/masterbuilderspierce.com\/update-to-pse-electric-line-extension-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Update to PSE Electric Line Extension policy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>This is a notice from Puget Sound Energy.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notice for builders and developers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please be advised of our revised electric line extension costs and margin allowance amounts when we extend and modify our electric distribution facilities, effective November 1, 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On August 9, 2018, the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission authorized updated costs for service lines, line extensions, and transformation charges, as well as a different margin allowance methodology that aligns with our natural gas line extension allowance approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These changes will not affect projects with agreements already in place or under construction prior to November 1, 2018.<br><br>The overall cost to a builder includes the refund of margin allowance after full build-out of the plat.
